First up, if you're reading this page the chances are congratulations are in order! Be it an Engagement, the Big Day itself, Anniversary, Special Birthday or another celebration.
If you've just stumbled across us, make sure you have a look through our 'Our Work' page to see some examples of what we have created as well as browsing our Instagram account for day to day updates in the studio. If what we have previously created appeals to you we can start looking at working together!
Once you've had a look through our work, and have chosen us to narrate your special event it's time to figure out the specifics. Drop us an email or fill out our contact form giving us as much information about your event as possible. This helpful GUIDE will give you tips on what to include in your message. It's also a good idea to order our sample pack to allow you to get a feel of the different printing options we offer. This can be ordered in our SHOP.
Once we've reviewed your requirements, we'll put together an approximate quote and timeline for you. If you're happy with everything we then ask for a payment of 50% of the total estimated cost.
Next up we'll start planning our your stationery, collecting images, sketching ideas and creating a Pinterest board of inspiration. This will all be shared with you for proof and approval of the concept before we begin designing. Please note that this stage can be lengthly so we ask that you are certain of the direction you wish to go in before we put pen to paper.
Once we have designed your stationery we will send through digital files of our work for you to proof. At this stage we are happy to make any amendments necessary within the agreed style. If you decide to take a different route we may be obliged to ask for additional payment. Again the work will be sent through digitally for proof.
A second revision of our work is available to make any final modifications or tweaks before we send the files through to print. Please note that after this stage, additional revisions will be chargeable and will likely add an additional 1-2 weeks to the timeline depending on the complexity of the changes.
Once the design is finalised, spellings have been checked and paper type/printing method agreed we send everything to print! When we receive the prints back they are weighed and the final payment is due (including postage costs and any additional charges that may have arisen or been incurred).
Please make sure you contact us a minimum of 4 weeks before you need your stationery, in order for us to complete the process and get everything posted to you in time. For full Wedding suites it is likely we will need at least 8 weeks.
If it is Wedding Stationery you are after, it may also be useful to remember that couples tend to post out their Save the Dates 4-6 months before the date and full Invitations 6-8 weeks before the Date. This of course does not mean you have to follow this tradition. Note that destination Weddings require more notice.
